Greg Guss
Greg Guss founded Concierge College Consulting out of a passion for guiding students and families through one of life’s most important decisions. A UCLA graduate and award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Encyclopedia Britannica, Greg brings rare storytelling expertise to the college essay process — and over 250 campus visits across all 50 states to the college selection process. His 20+ years of youth coaching, combined with his own experience guiding his two children to very different perfect-fit schools, shape a mentoring style that is personal, strategic, and deeply effective.

Rebecca Cook, CFA, PCC
Rebecca Cook is the advisor for students who are serious about business. A former Wall Street equity analyst and portfolio manager, and 15-year senior leader at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Rebecca brings an insider perspective that no typical college counselor can match. She knows which business programs produce real career outcomes, which schools have the strongest recruiting relationships, and exactly what it takes to build a competitive application profile from high school forward.

Jill Rippon
Jill Rippon is a two-time Ivy League graduate of Columbia University and a former Columbia Alumni Admissions interviewer, giving her firsthand insight into what elite colleges are actually looking for in applicants. With a background in pediatric therapy and years of experience coaching students through the personal statement process, Jill helps students find and articulate their authentic voice. She has guided her own children through the college admissions process, with one graduating summa cum laude from UC San Diego and another currently at William & Mary.
